Orders and returns dealt with efficiently and without delay

Very poor customer services response time. No phone number to contact customer services only an email address to which I received a holding response to 24hours later and no reply to my follow up response. Order placed a week ago for parts that were all showing as in stock and still no update to indicate if/when/how order will be shipped or delivered.

Update - after posting review this I got a prompt reply to my customer services email and have been informed the parts are due to be sent.
However the information contained in the reply from Heritage is misleading. I placed the order at 17:13 on Wednesday 22nd July (not Friday 24th as stated in the response). And the number on the customer services page of their website has a recorded message indicating that it is for technical advice only and that none of their representatives on that number have access to customer orders. I did ring that number anyway but there was no reply.
Having a status of ‘on hold ‘ for an order with all parts in stock is very misleading too. A more helpful status maybe something like ‘awaiting picking’.

Parts arrived next day, which was amazing as I did not order until lunch time, great selection of parts for my beetle

Carnt complain about the seat belts they look and work brilliantly, the packaging on the the other hand was terrible it arrived with the seat belt sticks that you fasten the seat belts into poking out not just poking but the full length of which clearly was no where near a big enough box ,I was lucky they arrived at all and not wrapped around a sorting machine somewhere, it was that bad that even the delivery driver commented on the terrible packaging,if it was a cheap item it would be bad enough but expensive seat beautiful
Belts not acceptable

My VW T2 van failed it’s MOT as the offside wing mirror fell off when I adjusted it on route to the testing station. Typical! Heritage parts had one in stock and it was delivered next day and MoT passed that afternoon. Great service and fast delivery. I’ll definitely be using again for my van parts when I need them.

ordered a rear bumper for a VW and was sent a front one!

From giving excellent advice on “big bore” kit for my 1200 beetle to the online ordering and the next day delivery option I can not fault VW Heritage

I purchased 2 wiper blades for a T1 and they were sold separately . Their price was extortionate and a total rip-off completely. Almost €100 for two small wiper blades inc delivery !.
You have lost me as a customer !

They have just emailed me now as I’m dissatisfied with their over the top price - I can return the two wiper blades for a refund .

package arrived missing a part, not completely Heritage's fault, but some tougher packaging would have prevented this, they also sent me 2 of the same door handle when i did remove the second one from my basket before placing and paying for the order

Heritage Parts Centre were quick to respond to my e-mail inquiry and the part was quickly delivered.
The part for my 1989 VW Golf GTI was of good quality, as expected. JDG

I wish I could give better. The gaskets cut way to small. Does not seal tail light to body. Leaks worse than the leaking original.

Ordered my new Starter Motor and paid for next day delivery and due to DPD being idiots they didn’t deliver.
Contacted Heritage and the guy i spoke to couldnt be more more apologetic and refunded the whole delivery cost.
Brilliant service knowledgable staff.

As a customer in Sweden I’m really saticfied with both price and freight cost, but also with great service and information about my order from point of order to delivery. The ordered body panel was well packed and in a great quality. I’ll be back for more VW parts!
