Her again is easy to contact , my hip pain seems to be easing , my only issue is there is no warning email saying when the subscription is being deducted a few days beforehand

I’m feeling better but not sure if it’s the Nova tablets or the rehab, or a combination!

I have been on Nova for 6 months and the difference is astonishing. I'm not full of aches and pains and definitely feeling like I have more movement in my hips and knees. Get on it if you are menopausal or peri-menopausal.

Very confusing to work out the name of this company. My experience is for the She Again (aka Her Again) product. I can't comment on the efficacy of the product as I couldn't even satisfactorily make a purchase. I did not want to be locked into a monthly subscription so began communicating with what I believe to be a bot (though this was denied by the company). I got a long series of repetitive messages with instructions that led to the same result - subscription option! I told them I was finally done with trying and got the same message back. This should not have been a problem for me or the company. Disappointing!

I was needing something to help with my hips pain which was excruciating at times. I'm on my second month and it has helped, so I'm hoping as I continue to take it I can get back to my normal self!!!!!

I was experiencing extreme pain in my right hip, which was stopping me from my everyday tasks. I started taking Nova for her, and within a week I started to feel the difference. I've been taking it for three months and the pain has decreased by 90+%. I am thrilled at the results.

Have been using since beginning of year,I was sceptical but thought would give it a go.I have found they really help with the pain and no longer waking up several times per nights needing to turn over due to pain.I had to contact customer services with a minor issue they were quick to respond and resolved quickly.

Ordered 2 bottles but did not sign up for a subscription. Got notified that another shipment was on its way. Emailed them and advised I did not order this and to cancel. They advised that the shipment had left but I would not received another. Have just had another email that another shipment is on its way. They advised that I needed to go online to cancel a subscription that I did not sign up to even though I have email proof that it had been cancelled by them! Do not order from them! Now have 6 bottles instead of 2 that was my original order. Not happy!!!!
