I wanted to reach out and share my feedback regarding your platform. I have only been using it for three days now, but it has been great. It is an awesome, intuitive platform for tracking and copying trades.

Was looking for a MatchTrader copier and Heron stand out to me from a group of similar service! What impresses me is the fantastic team behind the scene, always working on new improvements, fixing bug and available for every need! Clean platform interface, good functionality and working product!

Solid product. Well-engineered. Nothing more to say.

The copier is overall "average"
The website always has issues and gets stuck.
The copier itself always has issues. Sometimes the trade on the slave account does not close, even if it was closed on the master account.
When you edit the risk multiplier, the account takes so long to connect again, and even on some occasions it does not connect at all. what is worse is that in some cases it connects, then the next day it decides to disconnect by itself. so you have to always keep an eye on what's going on, making this copier unreliable.
another issue is the inability to connect accounts interchangeably. in other words, you cannot make a slave account be a master for another account (if you have several connected accounts), you can only choose it to be either a master or a slave. this feature is possible with other copiers.
the only reason I am using it now is that it is cheaper than the other better copiers, but at the end of the day, you get what you pay for.

So far so good. This has been a great copier and a reasonable price! Also, customer support is very attentive to any issues and work quickly to help get them resolved!

I dont understand why this copier is rating so highly. It does not work. I've been using it for about a month now and out of the 8 trades I've placed. 3 of them did not copy. I being the trusting person I am didnt even bother to check the slave accounts so once my TP was hit on the master account I checked the slave accounts and the trades didnt copy. Terrible copier.

If it matters. I'm copying from trade locker to match trader

Edit: After reading their reply it’s good to know the issue isn’t on their end. So I’ve added a star to the review. I just wish you guys would have emailed me saying tradelockers API is down. so I can manually go into my other accounts and place the trades rather than trust that your servers sent the trade to my slave accounts.

Excellent platform, cross-accounts syncs are easy to setup and subscriptions are easy to control.

I've been using Heron Copier for about 8 months (cloud version) with a master/7-8 slave set up and everything runs smoothly. The dev is responsive too, which was important for me because I hadn't much experience with trade copiers, but it's very user friendly so I give 5 stars because I don't have any complaints.

I have been using HeronCopier for a while, and the platform has been fast and easy to use. The interface is clean, and trade copying runs smoothly. What I really like is the availability of both cloud and local copy options, which is not common on other platforms. Customer support is professional and responsive. Overall, a reliable and well-designed copy trading service.

The copier is unstable and the slave account has to be re-added everytime the copier is opened to be used.

Cette plateforme est excellente. Facile à utiliser et efficace. Je m'en sers pour répliquer les ordres entre mes contrats propfirms et elle fait très bien le travail. Je trouve le tarif de l'abonnement un peu élevé pour plus de 2 comptes, mais le service se différencie de la concurrence.

Heron Copier is doing a great job.
Maybe it is the "tech limitations", but if you copy high volatility pairs like XAUUSD, a small delay can cause a big difference, unfortunately.
I guess if you run the same broker to copy this will be a smaller issue.
Besides that, I think the price is fair and I recommend using their AI Bot for support before reaching out to any Human support, since it is also explaining most stuff needed.

I couldn't connect my acc,some tehnical isue,support is fine,and refund was very fast.

This software is very committed and supports fast.

Amazing product, amazing team, and with so many options this is by far the best and most flexible trade copying software on the market.

Wonderful and fast Software,
Hopefully they add more accounts to cloud server.
Recommended for every trader.
