The copier is unstable
The copier is unstable and the slave account has to be re-added everytime the copier is opened to be used.

Hi,
We reviewed your logs and setup associated with your account.
Our MatchTrader receiver instance is operating normally, once your MatchTrader account is connected, it remains connected without interruption. You do not need to re-add the accounts at all.
After inspecting your trading logs in detail, we found that many of your trades failed to be copied due to insufficient margin. For example:

This issue is not related to the copier itself. The trades couldn’t be executed because your account didn’t have enough margin to open them.
Additionally, your cTrader master account password does not seem to be valid. We tested it both on cTrader’s desktop and web platforms, and the credentials were rejected. Please check the following screenshot:

We also sent you an email on January 13th regarding this issue but haven’t received a response:

Without the correct credentials, your accounts cannot be connected at all.

Cette plateforme est excellente. Facile à utiliser et efficace. Je m'en sers pour répliquer les ordres entre mes contrats propfirms et elle fait très bien le travail. Je trouve le tarif de l'abonnement un peu élevé pour plus de 2 comptes, mais le service se différencie de la concurrence.

Heron Copier is good for the price.
Heron Copier is doing a great job.
Maybe it is the "tech limitations", but if you copy high volatility pairs like XAUUSD, a small delay can cause a big difference, unfortunately.
I guess if you run the same broker to copy this will be a smaller issue.
Besides that, I think the price is fair and I recommend using their AI Bot for support before reaching out to any Human support, since it is also explaining most stuff needed.

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback.
The latency should be within 20ms. However, please note that the longest delay is usually caused by order execution on the broker’s side. Just because the master and slave can communicate within 20ms doesn’t mean the broker can fill the order in the same timespan.
Also, some platforms are slower due to lower rate limits imposed by their API specifications, especially TradeLocker and DXtrade. So any bulk requests may not be filled by their API servers in real time as they have to be queued up - else, the rate limits will be triggered. The other supported platforms (MT4, MT5, cTrader, MatchTrader) have much higher rate limits so should work better if you are doing HFT, or using trailing SLs, or use any kind of strategies that do perform bulk requests.

Heron Copier Is a perfect solution and very reliable and easy to use with an amazing fast support it’s very recommended.

Bonjour, je souhaite donner mon avis en retour d'expérience suite à l'achat du copieur il y a trois jours.
Tout d'abord, je souhaite dire un mot sur le Service Client:
Le Service Client est parfait, j'ai eu des réponses à toutes mes questions des vidéos explicatives, des mails très compréhensif je suis français et d'ailleurs il a pris l'effort d'écrire en français afin que je comprenne au mieux
Je n'ai pas attendu plus d'une journée pour avoir une réponse dans ma boîte mail
J'ai eu réponse, même aux questions et plus banale
Je recommande top
Concernant l'interfaces les outils, je trouve qu'ils sont très bien!
Je n'ai pas de temps de latence pour les copie, tout se copie bien sur mes différents comptes et courtier
La seule chose qu'il serait bien par la suite, ce serait de pouvoir modifier les paramètres des comptes via l'interface Web
En résumer foncé, c'est super. Je suis très satisfait très content et je serai Client à long terme.

Hi,
Yes, as I've mentioned in the email, you need to talk to your VPS provider to give you installation permission on your Windows VPS.
Any installers wouldn't work as well if the user that you use to login to your VPS is prohibited from running a setup MSI file.
You are welcome to try the copier again once you have a proper VPS.
