I was recommended to Aidan at Heron Financial by a friend. My wife and I wanted a mortgage but we're in our 50s and towards the back end of our working life.

Aidan listened to our situation and used his vast market knowledge to match us to a product that, frankly, we didn't know existed. It's made a real difference to our ability to buy a new family home.

Chloe and Aidan have walked us through the application process, the risks etc and have been very responsive and professional from day one.

Aidan was efficient, attentive and communicated and responded quickly which made the process much less stressful. I would highly recommend this service.

We previously used Heron for our flat purchase so we were keen to use Heron again when moving to a new property.

We have had a tricky buying and selling process which took just over a year, we have had multiple conversations back and forward with Aidan during this time and he has been nothing short of fantastic!

Kane, Zara & Travis have all been wonderful! Zara is always on it and very fast at replying, which is amazing! They truly have been fantastic and they managed to get us a much lower mortgage rate than we were previously told!

I have used Heron a few times now based on the recommendation of my brother. The team are brilliant especially Aidan who arranged the mortgage on my new house purchase. The calls on MS teams really helped me to understand the rates offered on the market via the sharing of the screen. Aidan illustrated various scenarios e.g. if the mortgage term was 30yrs or 35yrs and how that impacts the amount payable per month. I also found it easy to ask any questions, Aidan takes the time to follow up in another call once the mortgage offer have been received. Thanks to Zara aswell for checking on the progress of the mortgage and completion dates for the house purchase. Always have a positive experience with Heron and would recommend their services!
