Extremely helpful on the phone and engaging

Always return to Chris Knott. They are able to find cover for the more obscure vehicles, such as modified and imports, and offer a price that other insurers cannot touch. If you have a vanilla car you'll get competitive prices using the usual comparison websites, but those sites will be double the premium Chris Knott can offer for the more bespoke vehicles.

Reasonable prices, good communication and good manner on the phone.

I am a proud owner of a Volvo V40 and thanks to the Volvo Owners Club, I have found a very reasonable priced car Insurance which I have been with for the last 3 years or longer with no complaints. I also have a breakdown policy with them, so I am very happy with Chris Knott Insurance.

Really excellent customer service from Wesley at Chris Knott - my 1st time taking out car insurance with them - insured my E92 M3 with them they were very competitive on price and I would certainly recommend them

have been with CK for about 25 years , each year of late ,it has got worse and worse .

Have been waiting for return emails .have had an on going issue with Allianz ,wish i had now gone else where In march . £125.00 per month is a total joke

let alone waiting a year for a outcome

i will not endorse or use either CK or Allianz roll on march

i did get a email but tbh does not change my view

The level of service you provide is above that of so many insurers out there these days, being able to speak to someone if and when you need to is so much quicker and more reassuring, all this extra service while still giving competitive quotes just shows how much some online self managed insurance providers are ripping consumers off.

I had two vehicle premiums to renew, I spoke to a very nice, friendly lady called Dawn Wills who answered the phone promptly and dealt with me very efficiently.
It was refreshing to be answered by someone who sounded like they were in an office in the UK and not by someone who you can’t understand and who could be anywhere in the world as is the case with most admin phone calls these days. Thank you.
