Fighting premenopausal weight gain while also managing anxiety and sleep deprivation is such a challenging combination and the fact that all of those symptoms have peeled away alongside the weight is just incredible. You should feel so incredibly proud of everything you have achieved.


And reaching maintenance while feeling confident that the weight and symptoms will stay away is such a significant milestone. We know that transition can feel daunting but we are so glad that the team and the app have given you the tools and reassurance to navigate it with confidence.
