Dropshipping claiming that they make the jeans.
I purchased a pair of jeans, believing they were authentic. However, after three weeks with no delivery, I began to suspect something was wrong. Using Google Lens, I found the exact same jeans on AliExpress for half the price. Attempts to contact the seller for a refund went unanswered. The website claims refunds are issued as store credit, which doesn’t solve the issue. Avoid buying from this store—it’s not worth the hassle.

Hi Chiru,
Thank you for your kind feedback.
We've checked and all your emails has been responded to promptly within less than 24hrs.
Please check your Spam/Junk for your email if you don't see our reply.
To answer your question, AliExpress sells other brands like Rolex, LV and Hermes. And all of us know they are not the same. Low quality copies are all over the internet nowadays and our quality speaks for itself.
You can check the thousands of tagged images on our Instagram from real customers tagging us in their order.
We pride ourself in our entire production line and will be more than happy to provide video/images of our factory and packing line.
As for returns, we only handle them in store-credit as we've covered all shipping and taxes to ship them to you and it's only fair that we require customers who purchase to genuinely want them.
Fun fact, we used to offer full refund and have customers who wore them for an entire month before returning them to us for a refund.
Since then, we've changed our policy to deter such customers.
Nonetheless, we'll be more than happy to offer a full-refund for your order once you've received it should you be unsatisfied with your order.
Hope that answers your question.
As for your order, due to privacy issue, we can't share your email and order details here, please feel free to drop us an email at help@hypeessentials.co for us to assist you.
Cheers,
Jamie.

The quality is mad insane. Tees are washed perfectly for the vintage vibes and denim goes hard when paired together. Can't wait to get a jacket to complete the outfit.

Terrible customer service and returns
I ordered a pair of jeans and they arrived different from the image, so I wanted to return them but they contacted me saying that I would have to send them to China and pay for the shipping myself! On the site it was written that returns would be free. Terrible service, they are not serious.
Don’t buy from hesntls!

Hi Gabriele,
Thank you for the review.
We've clearly stated on our website that return shipping not be covered by us as we're already covering the shipping & taxes to ship it to you. We'll also be paying for it again, should you be exchanging it for another item/size :)
If you think you've received a wrong product, please drop us an email at help@hypessentials.co and we'll gladly pay for the shipping back if it's wrong.
Apologies on the poor experience!
Hope that clarifies!
Cheers,
Jamie.

Returns are not free or hassle free
Returns are not free or hassle free. They cost a fortune to return as returning to china with tracked delivery. And then if lost they refuse to refund. Then poor customer service adds to the hassle and stress. I would order from somewhere more reputable - save the money and stress

Hi Lulu,
Thank you for the review.
Sincere apologies on the bad experience.
We specifically mentioned to return it with tracking, so even if it gets lost, the post-office you chose to send it with will be held liable.
Unfortunately, in the event when a return parcel is lost, you'll have to look for the post-office you sent it with as it's not within our control for a return parcel.
We can't be held liable for a lost parcel returned by you :)
Cheers,
Jamie.

Hi Hani,
Thank you for the kind review.
Please check your email as we've already explained to you via email on how to read the tracking.
The header writes in transit, and not count-down to delivery, which is why it's increasing, and not decreasing.
As for your order, it's already in Denmark pending delivery.
Hope that clarifies,
Cheers,
Jamie.
