The aboslute best provider i have ever used, utterly fast and good customer service.
Switcing from DO to Hetzner saved me SO much money, they are 'cheap' (atleast compared to other cloud providers) and very professional, i recommend this product 100%.
My server was blocked after about a four days of unpaid invoice. I just forgot about it. And after paying the order they doesn't unblocked my server. I had had to write to them to know whats the reason and may be they just blocked me forever and i had to know should i use new provider. To what they wrote response in a mocking manner 'should they unblock me'.
Think they have consider their relationship with customers. I think that responses must be clear and exact to customer to him not think about meanings and intentions of the actions and messages of the provider and lost time on it.
1. If you blocked a user forever just say it him
2. If user has to take actions to provider unblock him then say him about it
3. If user has unpaid invoice give him a longer period couple of weeks for example with some penalty.
I use Hetzner VPS servers for 5 years. The quality of the service is my best experience. The most important is that I have asked for support only 3 times. And these was just some misconfiguration of my server restore access process. They do respond. Everything works just perfect. The interface is the most easy and friendly. Prices rock. Germans are the best at that also.
