Very happy

I received my personalised name bracelet today and I’m thrilled with the result. I have very small wrists and the smaller size option fits perfectly. It looks very delicate but is very well made and it is a lovely way for me to remember the name of my loved one. I will be buying more in the future

The 3 names necklace

The necklace arrived yesterday within estimated delivery time, quality is lovely, names are a tad smaller than expected but its hard to gauge exactly from a picture, but still love it, the perfect present for my friend who has just had her third baby.

Hey Tracy, I'm sorry the item didn't arrive. I can see from the tracking that Royal Mail had the item, but took more than a week to deliver it to you despite it being sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. I'm so sorry about that. I will email you to see how we can resolve this for you.

Childs Initial Necklace

Childs Initial Necklace. January 26. bought for my Granddaughters 9th Birthday. Fast and easy ordering and delivery. The product is exactly as it showed on their website and the quality is fantastic, I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Absolutely 1st rate service and quality

Absolutely fantastic service and quality products from Hey Big Day. The website is brilliant, particularly for ordering personalised jewellery. I'd ordered on 7th December a 'name' necklace and a pendant locket (each with little charms), as Christmas presents and both arrived well before. My partner was absolutely delighted with both pieces of jewellery when she opened them on Christmas morning. Unfortunately though, the clasp on the locket wasn't holding (possibly down to my fat fingers when I opened it to put a picture of our dog inside!). I emailed HBD on 27th December to enquire about the return and repair process and received a reply that same day. The pendant was duly returned to HBD with the provided returns label and despite the New Year holiday break was returned to me on 3rd January. The repair to the clasp was first class (my partner didn't let me open it this time though!) and we are both extremely pleased customers.
A further recognition has to go to 'Ben' at HBD, whose communication throughout the process was first rate.
HBD will definitely be my first choice for any future jewellery and I would highly recommend them for all aspects of their service.
