Looks great but broke quick.
Brought a mama necklace for my other half for Christmas in silver.
The necklace looked great and I knew she would love it.
Then come the problem once she put it on, she must have been wearing it for 30mins make and it had already broken.
By the looks of it one of the links has come apart some how.
HBD wants photo proof but as the necklace is very small and thin it’s had to get a good picture of the broken link.
Edited: was meant to edit a while ago. After giving photo evidence of the broken necklace HBD were quick to replace and send a new one out.
The new necklace is holding up perfectly fine and had no problems.
Star rating changed.

Hey Mark, so sorry this broke that is so disappointing. Whilst we quality check all our necklaces, unfortunately occasionally a weak link may slip through the net, which is why we always offer to repair and replace any item that breaks within a reasonable time period
We always ask for a photo of where the item has broken as part of the process of replacing it. Its doesn't have to be a really good photo, we just need to know the cause of the error which part will need replacing, which we can usually tell from any photo.

Two-name necklace
I ordered a two-name heart necklace for my wife for Christmas from our children. I was skeptical at first about ordering jewelry online, but I was very happy when it arrived.
The website has plenty of options and is very easy to navigate. Also, the communication process was excellent, keeping me updated from accepting my order, to order processing, and out for delivery. I wouldn't think twice about recommending and using them again.
