Paid online for a manual, the download link didn't work after a few days. I emailed them and they promptly got back to me and sent me another download link. Great response.

Excellent customer service. Responses were immediate which is a bit unusual these days and they fixed the problem I was having with downloading the manual. The manual was exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price. This was for an obsolete piece of equipment. Really glad they had it. Crystal clear like new copy. Will definitely use them again. The minute I paid via PayPal the download for the manual was emailed to me. No wait time which was great because I needed it right then.

Very speedy customer service , quick response time, and product as described, the manual I received is on point and very helpful, breaks down every area of the bike into super descriptive detail.

the pdf operator manual I bought for $29.95 has faded print in many places. It can be very difficult to read.
I should have paid another company $20 more and got something I could use. What a waste!
