Fast manual locating, download. VERY fast customer service if you happen to come across a mistake or issue and great communication. Absolutely recommend for anyone seeking e-manuals for heavy eequipment service!

Just what I ordered! Fast response to inquiry.

Excellent content. Excellent service.

AVOID. Paid for download- no download received. Waited 72 hours. No download. Use the Contact Us page- completed the details. Heard nothing. Filled in the form again a few days later. Also contacted twice by email. Heard nothing. Over a week, still nothing- no refund, no download. This is a scam. Out of pocket $38.95 with no prospect of this appearing.

They do not have any customer support. After 4 attempts in a one month period I have received no response. They accepted my payment and sent me a manual that is not correct. I would not under any circumstances recommend this company. You stand a high chance of losing your money. I consider myself a reasonable and patient person but where I come from, if you take another mans money and do not deliver on your agreement your reputation becomes that of a dishonest company. Shop somewhere else if you do not have money to throw away.

Took a while to receive a response however, great service and excellent product. This is NOT a bogus service....If you have a problem with the download link after payment, just contact them and they will respond with instructions. Definitely recommend them. Great work guys. xox

I had trouble downloading the Parts Manual for my 1953 Ford Jubilee Tractor. [Problem @ my end!] They responded quickly and I got access to the Parts manual in a timely fashion. Thanks!

Paid for download and link page did not exist and no one to contact for support except for email. Takes payment immediately, but have to wait for support when things go wrong. Their customer service needs to be as fast they collect their payment!

I placed my order on a Sunday night and initially had a problem downloading the document and was concerned that there was no phone number provided to try to talk to a person. But shortly after I initiated a "Chat" the problem was resolved immediately (even on a Sunday night after normal business hours). Great customer service.
