No reply 2 emails

I order the anxiety card on eBay. the wrong one on purpose, i could not email them you have pay for it first ,in mind to alter once pay for card then I email them straight away tell what I done to change to (speech defect) no reply when I got the card wrong card
I sent them another email no reply

My order never arrived. No answer from the company and it still says no tracking information available.

We are more than happy to look into your issue and if customers don’t receive their order through the post we always refund or replace we would never ignore anyone. As a small charity trying our hardest to raise income to support disabled people we really don’t appreciate negative feedback, especially when we haven’t been made aware of a problem or been given the opportunity to fix it. I love this place! The links they have with Aim Higher and the resources that they sell have been invaluable to me since discovering that my children have special needs.
