I wish I had read these before I signed up to a free trial. My child didn't get on wirh the apps and didn't use them. I think this is more to do with my son than the apps.
I thought I had cancelled the account beginning of August even though the trial was due to finish end of August. I did to see the renewal notification email sent on the Friday before the firat payment was due (Monday). However, I went on the parent account and cancelled Monday morning. I also clicked delete the account to ensure it wouldn't autorenew again on Monday morning. The payment as for the entirety of September so since i can beforw midday on the 1st September I was expecting a goodwill refund for the whole of September since I was obviously not going to be using this service.
But so far the person who answered my emails has refused as it was my mistake not theirs. Surely if you agree it is a mistake you should refund anyway.
