All very straight forward for first time user. Staff professional and pricing transparent.

I have sent my review, but have no problem doing so again!
From beginning to end, your reception staff and audiologist were 100 percent, discreet, respectful and open to questions (bit like the Hidden Hearing Aids).
The Audiologist, Mark Kemp, from DOT Y8W3, was totally professional, no problem what ever questions I poised to him and , took a lot of time to explain, the techniques involved in the testing process.

Excellent customer service. Made sure I was happy with everything . Looking forward to my next visit

From my visit to the mobile unit in Naas to having my full hearing test in Newbridge I have been met with a warm welcome, made to feel relaxed and most importantly received a very professional service. Thankyou to the lady in the mobile unit to the receptionist in Newbridge to Daryl who tested my hearing. Keep up the good work.
