Very helpful and explained everything

The lady who carried out the test was very clear and informative, and wasn't too pushy. I'm thinking about what she said, and will make my mind up in the next few weeks as regards hearing aids.

From first contact with the Kilkenny branch to fitting of hearing aids it was a pleasure to deal with Mr. Owen’s. He was at all times most efficient. His method of explaining the aids was clear , understandable and reassuring.

Had my hearing tested today at Hidden Hearing in Drogheda. It was a highly professional and thorough examination performed by Theodora who is highly competent and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I would recommend Hidden Hearing without hesitation to anybody who may be concerned about hearing loss. I also got wax removal done. The very best part for me is that my hearing is fine thankfully!

Ryan had interpersonal skills to the highest International Standard. I have experience in Training at home and abroad.
My wife Rose who is not as mobile as I and is your customer for many years was with me and very well looked after.

We were greeted nicely when we entered the premises and saw immediately. The staff were polite and Johnathon was very pleasant and recommended treatments. The premises were clean and tidy.
