I know they claim that the conditions are made clear but how clear are they when so, so many people get into their trap. All it takes is an email reminder and that there isn't one makes me think this is a deliberate tactic to obtain money for nothing.

They kept a charging me after cancelling trial
I signed up for the trial then cancelled before the trial period was up, it looks like theyâve been charging me 17.49 monthly since december 2025. Thatâs 9 payments made without consent and after a clear cancellation of the trial. Trying to contact them about this to cancel it has been impossible. Donât trust these scammers.

I have disputed the charges with my card issuer and requested that this merchant be permanently blocked. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend carefully checking your credit card statements for any recurring charges from this company.
