A total Scam. They have been charging my wife 9.99 for 16 months since June 2024, as with other people, we never agreed to a repeating charge for something we have not used and unfortunately, I did not check my credit card statement closely enough to see this charge amongst all my legitimate charges, so that part is on me. Please be careful of these companies who take your credit card number for a free trial without getting confirmation that they can charge the card after the free period. They are using disreputable tactics and in my opinion are totally dishonest, and I am surprised the EU has not cracked down on these scams. Avoid like the plague.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. As with the other reviewers, this company set up a subscription of £9.99 without me having any knowledge of it. I ended up paying for 11 months without realising, and obviously never using the service. I appreciate that I assume I must have clicked on something that meant I technically signed up to a subscription but the information provided by the company at the time did not explain that I was signing up to an ongoing subscription. I would never have agreed to it because I didn't want a subscription! Extremely shady and unethical company.

â¬2,99 betaald voor een vrijwel nietszeggend advies waarna ik opeens vast zat aan een abonnement van â¬14 per maand⊠Normaliter ben ik er erg scherp op dat ik niet vast kom te zitten aan een ongewild abonnement. Toch heb ik het hier op de een of andere manier over het hoofd gezien. Ik ben er achter gekomen toen ik mijn bankzaken ging regelen. Ik heb in de tijd dat ik, onwetend, een abonnement had, geen enkel mailtje ontvangen, ook niet in mijn spamfolder.
Heel sneaky hoe deze site te werk gaat. Over de fysiotherapie ga ik niet oordelen omdat ik dit nooit gebruikt heb. Maar dit stiekeme gedrag vind ik geen normale gang van zaken.
