Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass die Zahlung nicht wie erwartet durchgeführt wurde. Indem Sie während der Testphase bezahlt haben, haben Sie uns für zukünftige Zahlungen autorisiert. Möglicherweise haben Sie dies übersehen, aber Sie hätten die Zahlung verhindern können, indem Sie Ihr Abonnement während der 7-tägigen Probezeit gekündigt hätten. Dies wird ausdrücklich auf unserer Checkout-Seite und der Preis-Seite erwähnt.

I'm sorry to hear that the payment did not proceed as you had expected. You authorized our US website https://www.physiocheck.us for future payments by paying for the trial period. You may not have seen this, or you may have overlooked it, but you could have prevented the payment by cancelling your subscription during the 7-day trial period. We explicitly mention all this on our checkout page and pricing page:

I also sent you a print screen.

We will cancel your subscription. You can reactivate your account anytime by logging in using the previously provided credentials. You have received the login details for your account via email on the day of your registration.

We are certainly not scammers. Our customer service is available 7 days a week, and we always respond within 1 day. I have processed the refund with our payment provider. It may take a few days before you receive the amount. We will refund this amount via the original payment method.

We hebben geprobeerd om persoonlijk contact met je op te nemen, maar we hebben helaas geen reactie ontvangen. Hierdoor kan ik niet verifiëren of je een klant bent van ons. Hierdoor kan ik je account er ook niet bij zoeken, om je abonnement te annuleren. Zou je contact met ons op willen nemen?

Mocht je wel klant zijn met een andere naam/e-mail adres vind ik het vervelend om te horen dat de automatische incasso niet is verlopen zoals je verwacht had. Je hebt ons geautoriseerd voor toekomstige automatische incasso's door voor de proefperiode te betalen. Misschien heb je dit niet gezien, maar je had de automatische incasso kunnen voorkomen door tijdens de proefperiode van 7 dagen je abonnement op te zeggen. Dit alles vermelden wij expliciet op onze afrekenpagina en in de herinneringsmails die je van ons hebt ontvangen.

We zijn absoluut geen oplichters, onze prijzen en abonnementsvormen worden meerdere malen vermeld, ook op het eind van de zelftest. Onze klantenservice is 7 dagen per week bereikbaar, en we reageren altijd binnen 1 dag.

I also showed you a screenshot of our website, where you agree at the end and the costs and explanation of the subscription are listed again.
