You don’t have my boot size, poor inventory availability. I need an insulated 13.5 or 14 EE. I cannot order what you don’t stock.

The quality of the clothing is excellent
I recently purchased the boots, socks, long John underwear and the zip up camy and put it through the test by attending an outdoor football game in Green Bay,Wi. in December. A+. never once did I feel cold during the 4 hours. definitely recommend

The whole process is a mess
The whole process is a mess. I paid to have them returned and still have not received credit back for returning . Paid $69.00 am then I was informed id need to pay duty tax but have no way of knowing how much the duty tax is and no one has responded to let me kno nor give me a way to pay . I’m now out of pocket close to $400 and dnt even have the pants and zero communication

Hello Jerry, as our support team stated in the emails to you, if you send the package via DHL you will not pay any taxes since we have contract with them, but if you choose another courrier then you have to pay taxes.

Bought a second pair
I was happy enough with the boots that I bought a second pair. I lent mine to my son for his hunting trips and he liked them so much I decided to gift a pair to him.

This is definitely a high quality made boot. I love the ease of on and off and the dial/wire that replaces shoestrings. I will buy another pair when they go on sale.

Unexpected Performance
The boots were expensive, but I must say they were worth it. I wore them out the box on a pheasant hunt in South Dakota, 20 degrees, snow and some water. I did about 15,000 steps average per day on 5 days and my feet never hurt nor did they get cold. I brought 3 pairs of boots and wore my Hillmans everyday!!!

Boots ordered were defective and were too big.
The return policy was actually going to cost me money due to ordering the wrong size even though they were defective but the customer service Rep did work it out for a free return. The new boots just arrived and seem as advertised

My husband said he has never wore a pair of boots like this. He is pretty fussy and and he said his feet have never been warmer, ever been drier, never been more comfortable, and his plantar's fasciitis never once hurt. These are a win-win boot for a lifetime.

Great customer service and great products. Very well built with extreme attention to detail and quality.
*0 stars* for the shipping... Between DHL and the USPS they lost my package, tracking showed it going half way around the world and back. 6 weeks later it finally showed up at my house. So I was unable to use the "much needed" rain jacket this hunting season but there's always next year. The great folks at Hillman stayed with me throughout the whole journey battling the shippers and their incompetency, looking back it was an adventure, for sure.

I bought my boots for deer season they worked great I hiked about 40 miles up and down hills. My boots had great traction on the rough terrain. Easy to put on and remove with the lace tighting knob. Comfortable boots well worth the money.
