It has been a pleasure working with Frances Williams at HM3. She always replies promptly to my questions and used language that is easy to understand. She has always shown a lot of empathy whilst dealing with difficult conversations at a challenging time for me. When I needed a solicitor again - she was the first person I reached out to as I was so satisfied with the excellent service I received from her and her team.

I cannot recommend Emma Evans highly enough for family law matters. Throughout a difficult and emotional process, they were professional, clear, and consistently supportive.

They explained each step in plain English, responded promptly to questions, and ensured I always understood my options before decisions were made. Their preparation and attention to detail gave me real confidence going into court, and the outcome reflected that hard work.

I’m genuinely grateful for their guidance and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a solicitor in a family matter.

Dreadful. The wills and probate department is ok but conveyancing is the worst I experienced in 45 years. Purchase, searches only done 4 months in, numerous contradictive findings, not pucked up, most of my documents send by post and email lost by assistant who had no idea or understood basic english. In addition it yurned out my buyers never had a real offer but as it was only 4 units nobody knew fir 4 months. Nobody was in charge, nobody had a clue, yet 4 people, 2 solicitors, where in charge.

Thank you for your reply. Taken this was ongoing for about 3 months I find it hard to believe that certainly this team was ever any different. Just gettng a reply or trying to speak to somebody per telephone was a nightmare.

Frances was central to helping us manage a very challenging Lasting Power of Attorney family issue, giving advice and support that was empathetic but always considered, balanced and objective. Frances responded quickly and concisely to all enquiries which meant that we were able to move forward at speed. I have no hesitation in recommending Frances and HM3 Legal.

Mike Richards was "our man" during our difficult experience in retrieving our house back from a resident tenant. He offered excellent advice throughout and delivered a sure and steady hand to us during the mysteries of the legal world of court contact and processes.

Mike gave us prompt support to deal with a contentious and time sensitive issue. Helped to resolve a deadlock and was always in communication back and to between the 2 parties to drive towards the required, ultimately compromise, conclusion.
