The team were helpful and informative.
We where kept updated regularly, throughout the whole 22 months it took to resolve.

We reached out to HM3 when we had a potential employment tribunal issue. We received first class advice and were guided through the processes we had to undertake, and given options on routes to consider. Ultimately the advice and help given lead to an amicable resolution for both parties and we are very grateful to have had the expertise of HM3's team behind us.

Excellent service when dealing with our Wills. Home visit for initial appointments and several telephone discussions to ensure all relevant issues covered. Further home attendance in order to execute the documents. Could not have asked for more.

We are (were) a relatively small company in North Wales being acquired by a $1B organisation in the USA who had significantly more resources than we did and engaged with a London branch of a Houston based law firm.
Following recommendation from our Auditors, we engaged HM3 in what was clearly a 'David and Goliath' situation!
Our lead within HM3 (Georgina) and her team supported us throughout the process, never being the 'brow-beaten underdog' and I am proud to have worked with them as part of our team.
Would I recommend HM3 and engage with them again? Absolutely! Especially Georgina - ask for her if you can 😉

I'm not very good when it comes to legal issues, forms etc.
But HM3 Lgal were brilliant explained everything I needed to know and do, kept in touch all the way through and kept me well informed.

The service was excellent really speedy and Louise explained everything perfectly so we could fully understand the clauses etc.
