J etais très inquiète de constater un prélèvement sur mon compte. J ai appelé leur plateforme : mon interlocuteur était rassurant et bienveillant. Il m a expliquer la démarche à suivre. J ai eu très rapidement la réponse de leur part quand à l origine du prélèvement. Bref top. Merci à eux

J'ai demandé une information sur un prélèvement et j'ai eu réponse très rapide, cette expérience à été parfaite, merci pour votre réactivité +++++

Demande (concernant un paiement qu'il me semblait ne pas avoir effectué et dont je ne voyais pas l'origine) envoyée en début d'après-midi et j'ai eu une réponse endéans les 2 heures qui ont suivis ma demande. Réponse plus que satisfaisante puisqu'Hi Pay a pu me dire qui avait effectué le prélèvement.

Un support injoignable, aucun respect des délais.
Ont mis plus de deux mois pour installer leurs tunnels de paiements.
"Sans configuration" dans leurs pub, total mensonge.

Suite à un mail envoyé via le site , en suivant scrupuleusement les indications concernant un prélèvement inconnu sur mon compte, j'ai reçu la réponse très rapidement.

I am from the UK. I have an unrecognised payment to HiPay which went from my Mastercard. I sent them a polite email asking if they could identify what this payment was. So far I have met with complete obfuscation. They have twice asked for my bank statement details showing the payment even though I have said on both occasions that the payment went by Mastercard and I have sent them a photo of the Mastercard and that my bank statement is therefore irrelevant. At the very least they are incompetent in dealing with customers. I do not yet know if their behaviour is more dubious than this as I have not received an intelligent reply to my request yet but I am suspicious of them twice demanding my bank details. I shall be contacting my credit card to ask them to cancel the payment and refund me if I have not received an explanation by tomorrow.
