Très satisfait de l'aide apportée, réponses très rapides à mes questions

Bought tires on grip500.be and choose to pay with belfius direct, wich works by HIPAY 263,04€ paid, the shop grip500 said they didn't receive the money. I thought was fault of the shop grip500.be. Went to buy in other shop oponeo.be choose the same method of payment Belfius Direct HIPAY, 256€ paid, the webshop didin't receive the money, then I saw both payments went to the same account (HIPAY) so they received the money and didnt pay the website. Wonder now how long will take to receive my money back.
Both payments to HIPAYTPP BE92 0688 9834 5723 with sctructure detail. The helpdesk of HIPAY just says isn't their fault I must contact the website, wish I have read all the coments here before using HIPAY.

I payd for an order at on line services, money was charged from my credit card but the eshop reply my requests that doesn't received my money after 13th days. I still don't understand if Hipay has or not delivered the money to the eshop and i'm loosing my money and time to write almost 10 emails. I ask them to solve the issue and they respond me twice that i have to talk with the eshop without give me the code of the transation.

incompetence totale , aucune assistance technique et apres acceptance de votre dossier ,ils vous bloquent sans preavis ni commentaire ! une perte de temps et d'argent secs ! il ne faut pas leur faire confiance ,jamais !

Ik heb op 29/11/2018 gewonnen met pokerstar ben al 2 jaar aan het proberen om aan mijn geld te komen via hipay NUL ik geraak niet meer op mijn account er staat 482,59€ op!!! Log in vraag nieuw paswoord je zal een mail krijgen blabla weet iemand een oplossing?

Mon partenaire utilise Hipay pour rémunérer mes services, ce faisant j'ai donc un dossier chez eux. Fonctionna très bien jusqu'au 28 décembre, ma banque révolut face au Brexit déménage son activité en Lituanie, pour une raison inconnue hipay ne prends pas les rib en LT mais ceux en GB marchaient bien, pourquoi une telle discrimination ? Malgré mes sollicitations sur des retards de paiements ces derniers n'ont fait que de me retourner vers mon prestataire, entité qui ne pouvaient apporter l'information demandée puisque la source des virement provient.... D'Hipay. Non seulement vous êtes lourds par téléphone et mail, mais également incompétents. Pensez a revoir votre fonctionnement, quand on a à l'heure constatée une note de 3.4 sur trustpilot, il faut savoir se poser 2 minutes, lire les avis et prendre des actions correctives.

Excessivement décevant, une PERTE DE TEMPS! Ils promeuvent accepter les makets place - MENSONGE.
Ils ont refusé mon site sous prétexte que mon activité "ne répond pas aux critères de HiPay", alors qu'ils sont les fournisseurs de mon concurrent direct (Vide Dressing).
Leur service ne donne aucune explication à un tel refus, et ne daignent même pas répondre aux emails - (leur numéro de téléphone étant inutile...).

Bought a game on steam using the hipay services, steam sent me an email saying that the payment was cancelled, however my bank statements show that it did in fact go through. Hipay later on also sends me an email saying the payment was suspended but, again, my bank statements show the payment went through.
