From start to finish it was easy! I liked the credit score rating that allowed me to understand my budget before I started and Ryan was able to work different lenders to get the best deal! The lovley man that dropped off my car was lovley too!

My first experience of hippo was v good Matt on sales v good and everything went smoothly the car was delivered by Dave L who was very informative and helpful all in all a good impression was left thank you

Great exeprience, the only negative would be how clean the car was on arrival, it was dirty, the valet was poor, the car was dusty and attention to detail should have been better, inside and out. The delivery driver was excellent however, very good handover and showed all the features available before leaving

Jack Whitham was incredibly helpful, he explained everything in detail, listened to my requirements and went through the entire process, giving me the confidence to use Hippo for my vehicle requirements

I would highly recommend Hippo for anyone looking to lease a vehicle either personally or through a business

Never purchased a car like this before.
The sales person was very helpful. We thought the pictures didn't show the car details fully so the sales person had a walk around video made.
The delivery was prompt, the driver was polite and answered all our questions.
On our first drive we noticed the car was pulling to the left. Hippo were very good with getting this problem sorted.

Ian Crossley delivered my car and I had a really positive experience. He was friendly, professional and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.

He took the time to show me around the car properly and explained where everything was, which I really appreciated. Nothing felt rushed and he was very patient and helpful throughout.

Helpful, friendly, understanding and polite staff, really explain things that your not sure about, in detail and so your not worried about anything. Quick and easy process, they go through everything very thoroughly. Would recommend them 100%

Applied for a vehicle on a Wednesday, was given access to a portal with vehicles that I had been accepted for. Selected a Tesla and was called the same day to arrange. By Friday, the agreement had been signed and was all in place. Waiting for the car to undergo its checks before I arrange collection. Cannot fault the process, brilliant customer service provided.
Application handled by Gareth - absolutely will recommend to friends and family, Gareth was very pro-active in trying to arrange the finance and was very thorough in explaining the process to me - he is an absolute credit to Hippo!
