I have always used Nick for every mortgage and remortgage I have had. He is honest, dedicated, hard working and answers every question I have and breaks down complex information in a way that is easy to understand and I am well aware of next steps and what I need to do.

Nick makes himself available at all times and if he is busy with something else he will let you know when he will call or follow up and it is always when he says it will be. He is very consistent and trustworthy which when dealing with a mortgage is so important.

Rachel who works with Nick is equally as dedicated and supportive, Rachel responds to queries quickly and goes out of her way to make sure the process for the customer is as stress free as possible. Rachel is efficient, trustworthy and really knowledgable on this area.

We have recently used Rob at HL Consulting to update a previous mortgage before sale and then handle the mortgage for a new purchase.
Rob has always been kind, professional and helpful and looking at all the possible options to provide us with the best deal. He is very knowledgeable about the changing financial markets and gave us a well round view to help us make the best decision.
