Really great service, helped find us a good mortgage and then helped us change to a better deal 2 years later! Really helpful friendly staff.

Steve Hunter was amazing, kept in contact throughout by phone and email. Also the office staff there alway kept us up to date and let us know what we needed to do if ever we were unsure.

Both Steve and Laney were super efficient and very Helpful. Steve sourced me the best deal, saving me money each month and Laney was always a happy friendly voice at the end of the phone to answer all my questions.

Jonathan and Elaine provided top-notch services during our recent house move. They were accessible over the phone in most instances and returned calls on most occasions despite the pressured situation imposed by the pandemic lockdown on services. They pulled out all the stops at their end of the bargain to ensure that the process was completed before the end of the stamp duty holiday, thereby helping us to save a not-insignificant amount of expenditure as a result. This latest experience continues the established pattern of positive experiences of their service that we have had, and which we would highly recommend.

H.L. Consulting arranged a mortgage for myself very quickly. Everything was explained well and all options were given. Due to the Covi Pandemic Rebecca from H.L.consulting was able to conduct everything over the phone and any correspondence was kindly dropped through my door.

I have worked with Jon Hems and his team on many property purchases and remortgages over the last 8 years, both residential and BTL, and can't speak highly enough of the service provided. They always find an option even with more complicated purchases, are very responsive with any queries or when updates are required, and work hard to find a solution when challenges arise. Whether it be moving home with short timescales, or building a BTL portfolio, the help we have had from Jon in particular has been invaluable.

Jody was a great help though out the mortgage process and I have now purchased my first house, very happy!

Very happy with the service I received when I rang and spoke with Laney in the first telephone call and was recommended to Ben Rooney who gave advice regarding my remortgage.
I am a CIS contractor so a little different from being self employed / employed. But this was not a problem as Ben knew which lenders would accept and who didn’t.
I have since recommended other people to them and will continue to do so.

We cannot recommend Steve & Elaine R enough! Their knowledge and guidance around all things mortgage related is second to none. Any questions we had they answered them quickly and always explained everything to us. Steve and Elaine helped us with a mortgage on our first property and have just recently helped us remortgage and we honestly can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for us. There’s no one else we would trust when it comes to mortgages!!
