Steve has been such a good help from day one. He got me what I wanted, and was always on the phone if i needed him. best financial adviser ever. plus i don't leave reviews that much but i this case i felt I needed to.

It is not often you come across a company that places the customers needs above anything else. However, HL Consulting is one that does. I could not find fault in any part of their service. The staff were very courteous, very responsive and kept me informed with regular correspondence throughout the process. As a consequence my re-mortgage could not have gone any smoother or any faster.

I had an excellent experience with HL Consulting. Ben was fantastic at explaining the whole process to me, a first-time buyer with very little knowledge of the property purchasing process. All paperwork was followed up by telephone or appointment to ensure clear understanding throughout the mortgage application and original documents were promptly returned. As property investors we have been through the mill with IFA's and brokers, many do a great pitch, few deliver but HL Consulting have been a lot different. Firstly they listen to requirements, then they'll look for the right product that meets the needs of the customer rather than the product that easiest or most convenient for them, which is a big difference. Once an application has been made they'll work tirelessly to get it through; working it through, arguing the case and finally hitting the mark. Aside from all that they are a creative bunch, good to work with and communicate well with updates all through the process.

By this time, I may be one of the original clients for the HLC from Leicester. Though I live in Leicester, I have found that I could not receive the same kind of service from the Financial advisors in my area. whenever I have rung for advice, I have received honest and truthful ways of doing things. Never had I been once been asked to con the Financial Authorities in any way. I have always been given the Pros and Cons of good and valid judgement. The advisors travel to Leicester whenever I need them to comedown. Through the trust that I built up with HLC, I have now been able to help many other friends and family members in Leicester and Leicestershire who too values and are extremely grateful to the all the team members of HLC. I would recommend HLC anytime for their honesty and trustworthiness. My success is all down to the 10 years I have been with the company. All my friends and family members are extremely grateful to the entire HLC team.
