Hoop arrived quickly well packaged, great website 👍

Good price, nice cross stitch kits, quick delivery, great service

Brilliant company, great for cross stitch supplies. I did an order for over 200 skeins and when one item was mixed up they were very responsive and helpful fixing it. I already knew I’d order from them again so I just asked them to add the item to my next order which they did! Brilliant site, and brilliant customer service.

It has made life much easier for me! To sit and do my cross stitch.

PROMPT DELIVERY ==== quality of product as expected

The fabric i ordered was the wrong size when I received it and after an email to hobby jobby they replaced it immediately with the correct size. great prompt friendly customer service

My order said pre order and at the time I didn't notice. After a week I emailed to see if they could give me a date as im a slow stitcher and wanted the kit for a present to stitch for my aunt. Sarah was extremely helpful saying she hoped it would be with me within a few weeks but if I would prefer a refund she would arrange it. I really wanted the kit so said I would wait a bit longer and sure enough it arrived within 2wks.

Speedy delivery. Looks an excellent cross stitch kit. Very well presented.

First rate quality at a great price and speedy delivery.

All good, swift processing and dispatch, delivery speedy and product was great price and quality. Didn’t know this company before but will definitely order from again when needed, thank you

Fantastic site, never had a problem as been buying from for years

I was very disappointed that my yarn took so long getting to me. I wanted to take it on holiday with me as a project to make. I am now in Tenerife and managed to take some other knitting. I’m

Yarn took 2 weeks to arrive (UK Address) also completely the wrong colour yarn arrived to what I ordered.

Hopefully they rectify this because if it takes another 2 weeks that’s a whole month since I placed the order. The colour I originally ordered also now doesn’t have enough stock left on the website to fulfil my order, so all in all wish I ordered from elsewhere…

I needed a variety of colours of embroidery floss and wanted to find the best value for money. The Luca-S is excellent quality cotton embroidery floss at an affordable price. I will definitely be shopping here again.

I am very impressed with the fast delivery of my wool to Australia and the only disappointment was that 1 of 10 balls of wool in the 10 pack was a different dye lot and quite a noticeable difference in colour. Overall I would happily shop with this company again for excellent value and efficient delivery.

Wide range of things to choose from a d brilliant service and price.

Love this website! Such a great selection of cross stitch kits, which I love to do. This one is gorgeous and can't wait to get started. Prices are good. Quick delivery too.
