Good service, quick delivery, brillant goods. Thank you.

Quick delivery and everything was has expected

i requested a return label but got no response which is not acceptable.
i believe you are not a genuine supplier but a scum and scam dirty company.

Good quality items, well packaged and arrived quickly - great all round

Great product at a competitive price! Beautifully packaged and delivery quicker than expected.

lots of ideas to choose from very quick delivery.

User friendly website, great offers and good selection of stock

Product as described and pictured. Fast international delivery. Thankyou

I had been looking at various cross stitch websites and couldn’t find anything that appealed to me.
Then found 2 on your yours and not being able to decide, bought both!
They are excellent and the packing was very good too. Thanks very much!

Item clearly described and arrived earlier than expected. Everything is included, nice clear instructions. Looking forward to getting started on this project.

Ordered on this site as they advertised a delivery date. There was no message of missing delivery. Had to chase multiple times after the missed delivery date for an update. Despite paying for delivery, there was no communication of delays.

Company ver slow to respond to my return request, finally got told how to send and still waiting for refund 4 weeks later. Will never order again!

Will never use this company again. Shocking customer service. I never received the goods I ordered and paid for. I waited several weeks before chasing and had to contact them 3 times before I received any reply, but even then the goods were not sent. I eventually asked for a refund but this request wasn’t acknowledged and I so I am now in the process of trying to get a refund through my bank.

Je n'ai pas reçu ma.commande. Je contacte les services d'envoi Français et ils me disent de vous contacter. Je vous contacte et vous ne répondez pas !

Dear All,

I am getting in touch because I ordered 4 Rico Essentials Merino DK Anthracite Melange colour, but I received 4 completely different yarn: essentials cotton DK (its brown not grey)
Please find attached the photo of it.
Please can I have a refund?

I am looking forward to hearing from you,

Agnes

Quick and friendly service.

Really reasonable prices and range of kits. My order arrived in good time and was really nicely packaged, with all the kits in good quality. Would definitely recommend and would buy again.
