So having booked one cruise with Alex before, I knew he would be super attentive and helpful. This one was slightly more complicated and involved him contacting the company a lot on my behalf and nothing was too much of a bother for him. Prompt responses to the emails I sent and very helpful. Goes over and above to help you and an excellent agent. I will be booking more with him in the future.

We are really pleased that we booked through Alex, he was incredibly easy to get reach either by phone or E-Mail and was really prompt in actioning any requests. He also adds a personal touch which is really nice and reassuring. We heard of people that were having to deal with P&O directly and were waiting 90+ minutes just for them to answer the phone so we're so happy we didn't have to experience that thanks to booking with Alex! Great work, we will be booking again through Alex for sure and recommending him!
