I have bombarded Alex with question for the last 15 months and he has answered them all straight away and with so much detail and reassurance.

Alex was very helpful, especially for someone who had never cruised before. He was very knowledgeable about the cruise line and ship we were looking at, and ultimately booked. He was available to answer calls outwith ‘normal’ office hours and dealt with requests and paperwork quickly. Would have no hesitation in recommending him and we would definitely book again with him ourselves.

Booked a second cruise with Alex once again made everything easy answered every question full of hints and tips, first class experience! Thanks again

Alex was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he didn't do the "hard sell" he asked what we were looking for and tailored the search to our specific requirements, he found us a great deal, we will certainly use him in the future, we will post our experience of the trip after the cruise.

He has saved us 100's of pounds on cruise and is more than happy to answer any questions/queries/worries no matter how small, irrelevant or stupid they may have seem to us !! Nothing was too much trouble to ensure we were fully prepared for our holidays. Alex was amazing helping us navigate Covid test policies and even gave us some great pointers on getting a passport quickly for one of our party who had an expired passport.
