Not a good experience. But Marshall promised me to resolve the issue once done submitting a review.

Update as of april 26,2025 ayla from quality assurance team processed the refund and assured me it will be credited 5 to 7 business days. I hope its legit. Best regards.

I phoned the company with a dispute regarding my account and they where more than helpful to fulfill my request.
