J’avais une réservation à l’aéroport de Marrakech par l’intermédiaire de ma centrale de réservation, RIU , pour ne pas la citer, nous avons attendu le chauffeur plus d’une heure, nous avons dû prendre un taxi pour nous rendre à l’hôtel, aucun message du chauffeur, je vous déconseille fortement holiday taxis, car mon expérience démontre un manque de sérieux et surtout de professionnalisme

Our flight arrived at Nice 20 minutes late and consequently we were delayed getting to the rendevouz point to meet the taxi. The driver should have waited for 60 minutes from the actual flight arrival time but we were informed he had left to make another pick-up. As a result we had to make our own arrangements at our own expense. We challenged our tour company, Iglu Cruises, about the failure and it took the matter up on our behalf. The response purports to prove we were responsible by not showing up in time, which we dispute. In support of their case a photo of the flight arrivals taken by the taxi driver was forwarded to us. Problem being our flight isn't even showing on the list!! It seems Holiday Taxis want to give the impression of being a professional outfit when actually they are not. Indeed 3 days later the same company was booked to take us from our hotel in Nice to Monaco cruise terminal. When the car didn't turn up we were thinking 'oh no not again' and had to contact them several times before it eventually arrived an hour late. It's the first time I have been with them, and it will be the last.

NEVER AGAIN do not use if you value your life ? !! Our experience with this company was truly shocking !! From our hotel to Ibiza airport a mini bus for my friend & myself a lady driver which I have recorded evidence by the way , driving using her phone in one hand & singing away . Absolutely appalling behaviour !!!! We were so relieved when we reached the airport !

Excellent service after taking so long in immigration we thought we'd missed our transfer but we saw a lady holding our name up which was such a relief, and the return journey was very punctual,,thank you for taking care of us

I have been waiting for 2 months for my refund as taxi didn’t turn up , I waited over 2 hours - no apology !!! I just keep getting fobbed off -disgraceful company - keep clear of them 😡

Never again! Left stranded with our 4-month-old baby after the website captured incorrect times and the company refused to pick us up, having arrived too early on the day of departure. Terrible customer service and no support from what claims to be a UK company - taking calls in Thailand, no less.

Wonderful cars, very nice drivers, always on time. Superb comunication. Even an extra wish was fullfilled.4 Bookings, every single one a great positive experience.

We ordered a transfer from Lloret de Mar to Barcelona Airport a week prior to our departure. They booked me and my boyfriend a spot in their bus.
We were supposed to get our departure time and place 24 hours before, but we couldn’t see anything.
We couldn’t call the company because it was closed so we called as soon as they opened the next day. Instead of helping we got some sort of pre recorded message on the phone telling us we had to go to their website and fill in our information, but like I said we couldn’t see anything.
The hotel called the company, because we don’t speak Spanish, turns out they booked us a spot for a MONTH later.
The company was very unhelpful. We ended up going in circles and our flight came closer and closer, of course our stress grew more intense with the second. They told us to cancel our transfer and order a new one.
We ended up using another company, cause there no chance that I’ll be using Holiday Taxis ever again.
Absolutely terrible!

UK customer support extremely poor
Bought a transfer to an airport but wanted to be picked up earlier than shown on website. Got in touch with customer service only to be left with lies that nothing can be done. Computer says… that’s it. Then they lied about contacting local, Turkish, provider and informed me that Turkish site cannot change the slot. Guess what.. they lied
I called Turkish provider and after 1 minute (!) all was sorted out.
On top of that their Customer Service Executive lied again about all this situation in emails.
Won’t be using Holiday Taxi any more. Once is enough in this case

Je suis ravi par la prestation. A l'arrivée vous êtes attendu et accueilli par une jeune fille aimable et souriante. Le retour s'est très bien passé aussi, petit mebol, le bus était vraiment en avance et nous aussi. J'espère que dans le cas de la personne qui arrive à l'heure, le chauffeur aurait attendu. Bonne prestation

Holiday Taxis. Avoid at all costs. Had a similar issue two years running. I tried to locate the transfer company but they leave early and leave a sign on the desk saying you will have to wait another 5 or 6 hours until the morning until they come back again.

Terrible company and not reliable. They are happy to leave families with young children stranded at the airport.

If you do make a complaint when you return home, they fabricate information to duck out of it even when you show them evidence.

This company should not be allowed to to operate as they are unprofessional and ruin the holiday experience and the bill to get your own transport ends up being a costly one.

Please do not use.

Holidaytaxis took payment for the service I booked; pick up fro and to Ibiza airport on a short 72 hour stay. However, despite saying confirmation details would be sent to my email after receiving payment, this never occured. No driver or stall has a record of my booking on arrival so I had to pay a taxi. After contacting easyjet (the third party I booked it through and only contact details I had, i was assured the transfer would pick me up if I waited outside the hotel 6 hours before departure. No transfer came, I had to book an extra night stay and flight the following day. On arriving home after much searching I found my booking using my booking reference which I screenshot after payment page on holidaytaxi site which had a completely different pick up location to my hotel. Holidaytaxis refused to accept liability for not informing me of pick up locstion, time and all booking detail

This is the last time we use Holiday Taxis - we already switched to going direct to local taxi firms in Ibiza because of ridiculous mark-ups in the last two years from Holiday Taxis but thought the prices were still acceptable in Mallorca so used them again this year. It was fine from Palma Airport to Puerto Pollenca but coming home was a different story. Holiday Taxis' system of telling you what time they will pick you up to go to the airport, based on your flight time, is always annoying but on this occasion they were also late! So after spending 5-10 minutes standing outside the hotel in the sun looking for our ride we were not thrilled to find our people carrier (not standard car) had virtually non existent air conditioning - there were holes overhead where the nozzles should be . Our one hour ride to Palma Airport was appalling due to the heat - we obviously had no time to find alternative transport options due to Holiday Taxi's tight timing for our flight departure. This was in no way the driver's fault - in fact he remarked on how hot it was and had his window open - in fact he drove well but the heat in that van was intolerable!

Arrived in Antalya at 01:30 this morning and was at the holiday taxi stand by 01:50. Told an hour wait ended up waiting 1 hour 20 mins when at the last minute they put someone else on the bus. I landed nearly 2 hours ago and only just leaving the airport for what could be a nearly 3 hour trip to Alanya with another hotel stop and a toilet stop they the driver said they have to take! Not sure why when he’s just sat for over an hour drinking coffee, smoking and chatting. Not good when you have already been travelling 12 hours definately won’t use again!

Die Fahrt vom Flughafen zum Hotel war gut, obwohl sie 30 statt angegebenen 15 Minuten gedauert. Das war für uns aber in Ordnung. Bei der Rückfahrt kam das Auto nicht! Auf telefonische Nachfrage, hies es erst, wir stehen an der falschen Stelle. Der Fahrer hat uns angeblich nicht gesehen. Als wir dann widersprachen und die Aussage widerlegen konnten, wurde von der Servicemitarbeiterin gesagt, wir hätten mit dem Bus fahren müssen. Wofür buche ich dann Privattransfer mit einem Auto? Das Ende vom Lied: Wir bekommen null Hilfe vom Service und sind dann mit dem Taxis, welches glücklicherweise gerade vorbei kam, zum Flughafen. Nie wieder HolidayTaxis. :-(

Took full payment then called to say they wouldn’t be completing the booking! Customer service terrible. Person called Alexander was completely unhelpful and clueless. No refund either. Avoid this scam!

The minibus was extremely comfortable for the 8 of us. The driver was very helpful with luggage and was a safe driver.
