Twee uur lang staat onze bus naar het hotel met draaiende motor te wachten tot de bus vol is. Wij verspillen hier kostbare tijd mee en het ziet ernaar uit dat we voorlopig nog niet vertrekken.

Ontzettend slecht

Taxis booked from and to the airport. Flight delayed by 15 minutes, waited 25 minutes in airport, no show.
We had rescheduled pick up from the original time, as my grandson lost his inhaler at security, so missed our flight going back for it. We organised new pick up time, this was all confirmed.
Having left our home at 3am and arriving at our destination for 12.15 am the next morning, to find the taxi was a no show, when travelling with a child is shocking.
I did send an email on our return, they did reply stating they would look into this, it has now been 10 days since my original email and nothing is sorted! I would never use this company again.

Driver was not waiting in the arrivals hall as agreed. When I contacted the agent they insisted he was there. Then I got a message from the driver saying he'd been trying to contact me but had the wrong number and blamed my agent. (He had transcribed incorrectly, it was one digit out). The message he'd sent told me to go to a gate on a different level in the airport where a customer rep would direct me to the bus.
A car finally arrived but the driver told us he was an Uber driver and had only just got he call to pick us up
I complained about this but holiday taxis said the driver had been in the arrivals hall and left after the allotted time. In spite of the evidence from a stream of WhatsApp messages proving that this was simply not true. Insult to injury and very poor service. Wouldn't trust them again. I've used various cab companies over the years for airport pickups with no problem.

Left Dalaman airport and found the kiosk. The driver and assistant were there waiting for us so we were taken to taxi straight away. Very flash van with lights and video which was very odd as we felt like we were on a train! Nice driver but he did drive quite fast pon the mountain roads but did get us there safely.

Coach company failed to pick me up . I waited at designated hotel pick up point, at the scheduled pick up time A coach arrived just ahead of me ( literally a few metres) half hour late. As I walked towards the coach to find out if it was mine ( holiday taxis use 3rd company transport with no confirmation of what the company is called who is picking us up.) it drove off . He literally stopped for a few seconds. Before this , I made subsequent calls to the transfer company to find out where the coach was . They advised to call back in 10 mins after initial call, after that they would not answer phone . After 45 mins I made the decision to get a taxi to the airport. I escalated a complaint when I returned home . After a month since I emailed a complaint, received a response saying I was not to be seen by the driver and they would not reimburse my taxi fee , offered me £2 compensation due to the driver being late!
Terrible company. Definitely avoid!

Dik uur in de bus wachten tot men een keer vertrek. En nu ook nog dik 2 uur in de bus hotels langs. Langer onderweg met de bus vanaf Girona dan het vliegen vanuit Nederland. Volgende keer gewoon weer een taxi.

Taxi was early by around 15 minutes but it was a quick transfer and no stops on the way.

The driver was on time and very helpful and polite and got us to the airport on time.
Only downside was that we had to stop at two garages for fuel and first one wasn’t working so had to go to another garage but other than that yes would always use Holiday Taxis for transfers. This is the second time I’ve used Holiday Taxis and not been disappointed with the vehicles we have had all nice with aircon.
I would highly recommend this company to use as I will be using them again next year.

We hebben een transfer via Transavia geboekt, die werken samen met Holiday taxies. Heen en terugreis via een gedeelde taxi (€116 voor twee passagiers met één koffer). Heen was goed geregeld, ontvangen door chauffeur en netjes op plek van bestemming gebracht. Terugreis vonden wij niet goed geregeld. Je kan 24 uur vooraf kijken wanneer je opgehaald wordt en dat bleek 6:20uur, we zouden gaan vliegen pas om 11.25uur. We probeerde de gedeelde transfer om te zetten naar een privé transfer, ben bereid om daar de nodige extra euro voor te betalen. Maar dat lukte dan niet meer!. Holiday taxies wijst naar boekingsagent (Transavia) en Transavia wijst naar Holiday Taxies. Heel jammer. Werden overigens gehaald/opgehaald door zeer vriendelijke chauffeurs, nette auto’s/ busjes daar is niks op aan te merken!

The transfer from Krakow airport to my hotel simply failed to show . I waited over an hour and tried to call with no answer (even the emergency number). Lots of people were in the same situation . I paid for a taxi and tried to get an answer from holiday taxis and the local supplier the following day with no joy and no record of a problem . Luckily the taxi turned up for the return journey but it felt like a gamble. I have since been reimbursed for my taxi cost but this was a lot less than the 50% of the money I had paid for my original booking . So somebody has my money for doing nothing .

Dopo il pagamento, non ho mai ricevuto la conferma di prenotazione. Impossibile alcun contatto per ottenere rimborso. Credo si tratti di truffatori.

Great reliable Company. Very helpful if I have any queries or wish to make changes.

Confirming the reservation was easy and the bus was punctual

I was picked up at Enfidha airport for a smooth journey to Sousse palace Hotel !, On my return to the airport at the end of my holiday I was dropped off in the departure car park several hundred yards from the airport and not the main entrance .i have difficulty dragging my case all that distance! On the plane I was talking to a couple who had private transport-with another company-and they where driven to the main entrance in a 4x4 this is the second time this situation has happened I’m planning to return to Tunisia in a few moths time can you assure me I will be dropped off at the main Entrance at Enfidha Airport on my return home I’m 78 years old and I never complain but I need reassurance that my booking with you is correct -Thank You

Driver was very professional and helpful. Pity he turned up and the incorrect reception for our return journey which caused a bit of a panic in case we missed our flight

Immer zuverlässig und pünktlich! Haben HolidayTaxis mittlerweile in verschiedenen Ländern genutzt und waren immer zufrieden. Wir können HolidayTaxis absolut empfehlen!

Avoid this company at ALL costs , this company were booked as my transport from the airport in VIenna to my hotel , rude driver made me wait over an hour and after 2 hours I got to my hotel tired and exhausted after along journey , tried contacting company but they said nothing to with us contact the travel agent you booked
Even worse coming home the driver did not turn up I tried the company again and was told we cant do anything pay for a taxi I explained I did not have enough money for the taxi but he said that's your problem , eventually after 35 minutes he turned up rude aggressive and no apology he just said my manager my manager tell him .
AVOID this company they are not suitable for contract I will NEVER recommend them do yourself a favour get some one else more reliable .

When we arrived at the airport we had to wait 1 hour before we were informed the coach was ready. We then went to the driver and he could not inform us how long the journey was or how long it would take or where we figured in the schedule of deliveries. He played the language barrier card. The driver was arrogant and rude.
As we were unable to gather this what should have been simple detail we chose to get another form of transport and paid a private transfer as significant cost.
The return journey was fine.
We would like a refund for the journey from Palma to our resort.
