Quick delivery top quality paint. Expensive but you only want to paint every 2 or 3 years

Easy to order, responsive seller, rapid delivery. Price excellent

Good company to deal with and can dispatch out Teknos paint quickly. However, they use FedEx to deliver and both times have been a disaster. First time a year or so ago paint pot was burst by rough handling. Holman Paints did send out a replacement.
This year recently a paint order which was paid for to be delivered before 09:30 but was not delivered. Fedex claimed that they tried to deliver but this was not true. I did eventually receive it later that day in the afternoon and was told by the driver that they had not in fact tried to deliver it earlier. So will be wary of using Holman paints again if they continue to use FedEx to deliver.

I place my order online, Holman Paints noticed a possible issue with my order (possible incorrect code) and called me immediately to ask some questions about my order. Saved me taking delivery of an incorrect item. Great customer service. Thank you and well done.

EI was advised the tin of paint I had ordered was the last one and had been opened and there was approximately 75% left and the priced was reduced by half.

I asked if the tin was damaged or dented and was advised it was not and decided to accept the half price offer. However, when the paint was received the tin had numerous dents.

The paint was very well packed and the box had not suffered any damage whilst in transit so the damage must have been present before sending, despite receiving confirmation that it was not dented or damaged.

I called and could not speak with the person who I had previously spoken to and gave details to a colleague who said he would pass on the details.

10 days later I am still waiting for a call back.

EDIT after Holman reply:

The tin had 2 dents and a crease as shown in the photos sent to you.

The reason for 2 stars is because I was lied to about the condition of the tin and also because nobody had the courtesy to call me back despite an assurance that they would.

Paint arrived again with tin all bashed in leaking around the lid , this is the 4th order from you now and all the tins in all 4 orders have been dented in some way you need to sort out your packaging its no joke .

Quick, by return service and careful attention to my order to make sure I had ordered the correct shade of paint, as the options were complex.

Excellent, expert advice and service.

Verbal contact was made by telephone to first query and then establish the correct colour which had been ordered.

Ordered item 25th. May, contacted by phone 4th. June as I had not received it. Was assured that I would receive it on Thursday 6th. June or Friday 7th. June at the latest. Did not receive it.

I had to check the spec of the paint. They were great and helped with the online ordering process. Paint arrived within a couple of days

I contacted Holman specialist Paint company regarding Helmi 30 paint which was purchased a few years by another decorator. I needed to match this paint exactly and make sure I got the paint mixed to the same numbers on the existing tins. I sent Joshua a message regarding this matter and he got back to me straight away and said the colours were still available and they where able to ship paint the paint to me. After a couple of conversations on the phone with Joshua and his colleague I ordered my paint and it arrived quickly and well packed. I would definitely recommend this Company and I will be using them again should I need anymore of this paint. Thank you Joshua and colleague for all your help.
