Right from the start, May created a relaxed environment and showed us a range of stones that met our requirements, as well as some options we hadn't previously thought of.
After the initial visit, May was very helpful in answering all my questions with patience and clarity. She made the guided me through the process of making the challenging final decission, and kept me updated once decided upon.
Upon collection of the finished engagement ring, Alicja kept up the relaxed atmosphere, and provided additional explanation about insurance and aftercare.

My partner and I had a really great experience with Holt Gems for my fiancéâs engagement ring. We had a lovely sales representative called Amy who really knowledgeable but also very friendly and not at all pushy or salesy. She really listened to what me and my partner weâre looking for in a ring and it wasnât long until we were presented with our one.
Once we had found the ring, the next steps were very smooth and both Amy & Alicija were very helpful with organising payment and delivery. They were even kind enough to allow me to pay for it in three instalments.
Couldnât recommend Holt Gems more highly. Great service, great selection of beautiful rings and great customer care.

Great, custom service. Simei took my 'inspiration' list from my partner, talked me through all the different options and what to look out for and then showed me a large range of different options.
Over the session we narrowed it down to the ring I ordered. I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase at all and it was very enjoyable.
The ring was produced ahead of the estimated window, in time for me to pick up before a holiday and it went down wonderfully. I look forward to coming back when it comes to wedding rings.
