I was sent the wrong product code. No response from customer service. My credit card company is reversing the charges. will not be purchasing from anything from there again.

I bought software from them and the code they sent does not work in the USA. It is for Europe. I contact them via chat and the reply was in a foreign language. I sent an email and I got a “thank you we’ll get in contact with you.” It’s been three days and I am still waiting for that contact!

I did not get my key yet (7 days) even after the purchase. I emailed and raised request, still no help.

En dan lukt het nog niet. Ik heb het na uren proberen opgegeven. Compleet onduidelijk waar je hulp kunt krijgen. Ik draai in rondjes op de verschillende websites.
