Bought through Venngo

Bought through Venngo. Took my money and haven’t replied to my emails. Does not work on Apple products. Want refund and to stop the subscription!

Gave me wrong product

Gave me wrong product, description says works with mac but after purchase the product given from mcafee doesnt work with mac, requested refund from mcafee, they are currently processing it with home-use.com, hopefully I actually will get the refund.

NOTE: Before calling mcafee, I asked home-use.com if I can just product swap, got no response

Site is horrible, customer support non existent, products are given for incompatible regions. A total bad experience
