The original vanity I ordered wasn’t going to come in on time for my bathroom remodel but when I called to see what I could do to order another vanity that they had in stock and ready for delivery the Skokie,IL store was extremely helpful. I was able to get a vanity similar to the original one I ordered and delivered quickly.

Vanity was excellent exactly like the website picture.

I needed a part for the spa immediately as a condition of closing the sale of my home. I sent a picture of the part and I had it in three days.

Easy online store front to handle purchase. Item was listed as in stock, but then part of order was on back-order. Didn't find out to later. When told it was on back-order (through email), I asked for estimated ship date (by email response) and no response (by email or phone) for several days until I had to finally call. Once called and talked to someone, still no answer.

Highly recommend them - I had a big order and everything they sent was perfect!!

The website said item was in stock, but it was not. My credit card was charged on the date of order, I canceled the order and have not received a credit yet.

It's been close to two weeks and still haven't received my order, no follow up communication. The website stated 3-5 days!!!
-waiting game with no communication from producer to say when the product should be here!

I will never order from this company again. This has been a nightmare. I ordered my vanity online on 9/26 and the website said I would get it 10/6. I called the customer service line on 10/2 to find out where the order was and was told it had just shipped from California the previous Friday. When I asked about cancelling the order since it would not going to arrive on 10/6, I was told I would be charged $271.00 for shipping. I called back customer service on 10/6 to find out where the order was and was told I have to call the freight company to schedule shipping. Unbelievable. My receipt doesn't say anything about having to contact the freight company. The vanity is now supposed to come on 10/11. Let's see what happens.

I love the unit it was already assembled. Shipment was quick and easy in NJ. The only draw part was the self is removal I had to cut it to adjust the drainer. Which didn't not give the new look from inside. Overall it ws great

Although I was impressed with Home Design Center being overly cautious of delivery being made to a different name and address than the credit card's billing address, I have not been impressed with much else. I am re-doing a bathroom in a rental house and was told (verbally) that the vanity would be delivered on Tuesday 9/26/17. I had my contractor waiting at the house all day for a delivery that never came. Needless to say he was not happy. I called Tuesday night and left a message, called again on Wednesday morning. I was told that I would hear back from them once they contacted delivery dept. FOUR HOURS LATER, I called again to find out what was happening. I was told the vanity would be delivered next Tuesday, 10/03/17. Hopefully I get the vanity next Tuesday.

I purchased 60” Wilmington vanity, absolutely beautiful. Marble top is gorgeous! Thank you for sending next day!

I have been trying to get information about status of order--if it has shipped or when is will ship for 5 days. I have done online chat, emailed & called only to have to leave a message. No reply--very poor customer service

Update: The vanities I ordered were supposed to be solid birch wood and veneer. My husband who is a contractor says the vanities are molded plastic. Not satisfied at all.

I was looking for 2 vanities with a matching linen tower for my MBA. When I went to order the ones I wanted, they were showing out of stock online. I called and was told they would be in by the middle of the month. They were still showing out of stock online at the end of July, so I ordered another style. I received a call that the ones I ordered were discontinued and unavailable. When I asked about the original ones I wanted, I was told they were in-stock. But, they were still showing out of stock online. The representative called their warehouse and made sure they were available. She changed my order and shipped the vanities and linen tower out promptly. I would give them 5 stars if it was not for their system showing the items were not available and they were; and for the other vanities being available online when they were actually discontinued.

I purchased a vanity from homedesignoutletcenter. I was emailed the next day. They had called their supplier and the item was out of stock (despite it showing 'in stock' when I purchased). Then before responding to their email, I checked again. The item still said in stock. I mentioned this in my email, and they said that they are still a new company and that they are working on their inventory. I cancelled my order Now, 2 weeks later, the item STILL says in stock, despite the supplier stating inventory would not be available until October (it is August). I can say they refunded my money, and responded to emails quickly, but that is about all the good I can say for this company. Hopefully, they truly are a new company and can get the kinks worked out.
