Me and my wife traveled an hour away to the Orlando showroom. The sales associate was happy to sell us vanity and mirrors . So when the shipment arrived and one the mirrors was damaged . I called the Orlando store and the sales associate
Was not willing to help with the return of mirror so I called the main head quarters and still have a hard time getting my mirror replaced .I even would asked for manger to call me and would never call me still to this day I have not received my mirror poor customer service after the sale I wil never buy anything for this company again.

Vanity arrived without any issues. I was contacted by several people to make sure the delivery process would be smooth. Everything worked out very well!!

Shipping issues including delay and damage. Then i had to fight to get a refund. Icing on the cake was when they said maybe i opened the package incorrectly!

My husband and I recently visited a Home Design Outlet to purchase a vanity. We took our time and weighed all our options, and the staff were very patient as we asked for details on several models. Everyone was very patient as we asked lots of questions and even saw some models in the warehouse. We ultimately chose a design and picked up our vanity from the warehouse. Highly recommended!

Haven't received item yet in timely fashion

Order mix-up (my fault)...they handled beautifully

When placing an order online the website should state the actual ETA not tell you that an item is in stock with an eta that is 3-5 business days out, only to call you once you place an order to try to sell you a different item because the item you wanted is on back-order for another two weeks. If an item is on back-order the website should state that. Instead, the website states "in stock".

From what he moment you walk in to the final stages of your project they are there to help with a smile. Issues are resolved without greed and taken care of immediately. We just finished our master bath and we bought our vanity, counter fixture from them and will defintely buy from them when we the rest of our baths.

My wife and I went to the showroom in Secaucus, NJ to look for a bathroom vanity. We found one we liked and placed the order. We also paid in full. They infromed us that they would hold the vanity at their location until we called them to have them deliver it. We received a call about two weeks later that it was in with the marble countertop. We weren't able to have it delivered yet, so it remained at the Secaucus location.
When we called to have them deliver it, they told us that the countertop was damaged slightly and had to be reordered. They said it would take 6-8 weeks to get the new countertop to them. The woman also said that they JUST discovered the damaged vanity that week. No one called to notify us about this. This also means they had the vanity in their possession for several weeks and never checked to make sure it wasn't damaged.
I personally think they sold the vanity and ordered us a new one and hoped we wouldn't need it until the new one came in. On the phone, the woman changed the story from slightly damaged to extremely damaged. They also told us they did not open boxes to check merchandise because they don't want customers to think that the product was used which is why they didn't discover it until that week. How does that makes sense? If you are going to check the merchandise eventually, why does it matter WHEN it's opened. This should be the first thing that they do when they receive a new order.
They are unprofessional and do no care about their customers. They will do anything to make money.

I came over last weekend with my husband to purchase a bathroom vanity. This place was recommended to me by neighbors who had shopped here. From the moment I stepped in, all the staff had a huge smile on their faces ready to help me with my purchase. I felt a positive vibe shopping there. Aside from their excellent service, I was amazed with the pricing and quality of the furnitures they had in stock. I really shopped around online for this piece but I wanted to see the products in person. I ended getting my entire bathroom done at their store thanks to the lovely sales people who helped me out with design of my bathroom. Anyways I could not be happier with my decision to come here. I recommend this place a visit if you are remodeling. Thanks much home design!

WE had a very good experience buying a vanity. there were so many that we actually liked, it was hard to make a decision. The vanity came as promised and hopefully our plumber will hook up the sink and we are ready to go.

I was under a time crunch to pick and have a vanity delivered. The staff was responsive and helpful and worked out a very efficient delivery. I am very satisfied with the item I picked and believe it is a very good value for the price. Of all the suppliers I've used to renovate my new home, these people were by far the most competent and efficient. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Great price. One stop and helpful

I was looking for a vanity for a basement powder room and wanted a place where I could actually see it before purchasing. Nuray was incredibly helpful and did not push me to purchase immediately which I appreciated. Even though I did not find exactly what I wanted I got a better idea of what was available and she answered a lot of questions. She was very patient and continued to answer my questions on email. I did find finally find a vanity online and I asked them to order it on my behalf which made the whole process much easier. Gamze helped with processing the order and it was delivered to my home as he had indicated. Again I appreciated how helpful he was answering every question I had. Working with HDO was a great experience, they have a wide selection and will also check if you have something you see online to get it for you, and the pricing was right. No additional charges.

I am happy with my cabinet and the people I spoke to were pleasant but my billing address is different from my delivery address and I made sure I entered all the information on the website stating that. When the E receipt arrived the delivery address was mine, so I contacted them to change it, which they were happy to do....for over $80.00. Not happy.🙁

We bought bathroom vanity from them. Impressed by the quality of the service. I called several times to check (and double-check!) various aspects - all calls were answered immediately, the staff was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, gave me complete information, researched possible options that I was asking about - and handled it all in a very friendly manner. At the end I received all the details I needed and didn't even have to drive to the show room (as planned initially), just ordered online. By the way, the vanity turned out just beautiful!
And the delivery was extra fast - wow! We received the vanity exactly as promised (within a week from the order), delivery company called us promptly (also as promised), everything was very smooth and easy. Will buy from this company again with pleasure!

Upgrading a bathroom can be such a pain. Did a lot of searching locally and on line for the perfect vanity. Then stumbled on Home design. I had 2 choices and went with my 2 one first because my 1st choice was more expensive. The next day Gamze called to say that the one I had chosen was not in stock and would take an extra week to arrive. Since we were in a bit of a time crunch I decided to revisit my first choice and she was great in helping me pick just the right top to go with it so that I was actually able to keep the cost almost the same. I even ended up with a small refund which she processed immediately. It must have been meant to be because my final choice was in stock and delivered to my door within just a few days and 4 days ahead of the installation date.
