I ordered clones

I ordered clones, They showed up on a very cold day. There was some obvious damage due to the cold' First thing I notice is, no insolation not even bubble wrap. One plant in pretty bad shape, the rest are still in shock a week later. Called them thinking they would make it right. NOPE I got instructed how to resuscitate them. So very disappointed RIPPED OFF AGAIN!!!!

I received 2 clones and they were a…

I received 2 clones and they were a little worn but looked still okay. After planting they just kept dying. By the weekend they were gone and I contacted the company and they stopped writing me after asking for photos. In the future I'll stick with ILGM. Had one issue with seeds once and they replaced no problem.

Plants took five days in the mail…

Plants took five days in the mail arriving not in the best shape. Followed their instructions and they dyed. Waiting for them to send me new ones. We will see if they send them or did I waste my money on them. ????

my clones were unacceptable

my clones were unacceptable! way too too wet when delivered! Also, post office is still illegal to ship through USPS, my package was lost I had to go to post office to trace them down

Quality seeds and service

Everything came in great shape and seeds look top notch. I had no problem ordering and my package was received in a timely manner. Great strains to choose from and quality service. Great company to get your seeds from. I highly recommend.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. Three clones had no roots and the other three had very few. Notification was made with pictures and video. Company said wait. Three clones are dead and three are doing poorly. I followed all the directions. This is not my first time. The seeds I received are small and one strand of seeds are white. I’ve never seen white seeds and doubt they will grow. Any contact with the company has been wait and see. I do not recommend buying anything from this company. I’m out a good deal of money by waiting

Only 1 of the two clones took 1 wilted on arrival. Both had less root growth than expected. Have started numerous clones myself

Good Customer Service Great Seeds

I only wish other vendors would follow their level of service to the customer. Their devotion to the customer being able to have a good experience is enviable.
But don't just buy seeds from them. Write to them and ask them questions I learned to grow by watching the videos they provided of Kyle Cushman ☘️

First time trying this!

First time trying this. Received 4 seeds 2 Girl Scout and 2 Apple Pie (or maybe Fritter) Germinated as instructed on your web site. All four germinated. Transplanted into 3" pots for starter. The Apple are small but look ok. One of the Girl Scout looks ok but one just, all of a sudden limped over and died. All four are under grow lights as suggested. Who knows how these will perform.

Experience not Positive

Unfortunately, my experience with ordering/growing clones was not positive. I decided to try the 2-plant bundle, mostly based on my positive history with ILGM. The plants arrived in bad shape, but I tried to work with them. When it was clear they would not recover I pulled them. When I read the return policy, it was already too late, wrappings had been tossed, etc. No hard feelings, but it will be seeds for me going forward.

I ordered a set of 6 clones

I ordered a set of 6 clones. They arrived DEAD AND MUSHY. I contacted customer support and followed the instructions I was given. The plants were dead and I followed instructions anyway. Now I want a refund or a replacement. NO RESPONSE. This is the third time I’ve tried to contact you and NO RESPONSE YET AGAIN. BAD BUSINESS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A VERY EXPENSIVE ITEM. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED. ☹️ And lose a lot of money …..

Damaged clones during shipping

Don’t I understand why the return policy when it comes to damaged clones during shipping is not more clearly stated, and a disclaimer is set. You guys are very reputable company and I see great things however, unfortunately I am of the 5% that did not have a great experience. The clothes that I have ended up dying during shipping and were three days late when I got them not sure why they had to go to Oklahoma from Fort Lauderdale back to Florida. Now the return process is absolutely horrible. I’ve sent pictures 2 to 3 times and all I want is another set sent expedited or my money back.
