Great customer service
Somehow the wrong delivery address information was given and my email address was noted as the proper delivery destination for my order. Ultimately the order was returned to the original sender. I contacted the company and they were able to identify the discrepency, and without penalty, my order was resubmitted and I recieved it in a very short period of time. Excellent customer service.

I had a bad experience with seeds from…an online scammer, but now I have real seeds.
I had a bad experience with seeds from elsewhere.
I had e-mails from Homegrown and decided to give them an order. The experience on the website was fantastic.
The order came quickly, packed well and discreet.
The seeds are plump and are now germinating according to their excellent detailed instructions.
I can't wait to grow the seedlings!
UPDATE: 06/08/26 Seeds started by paper towel method on 06/06/26. In 25 hours [06/07] the seed cracked and a small tap root appeared. Today 06/08, I planted them in their soil. Can't wait for progress.

Terrible company if u have an issue
Terrible company if u have an issue. Clones died 3 days after planting. Apparently I should have taken pictures when they arrived. Their seeds from past years were dependable. All good. Plenty of other companies to buy from and they won’t ever earn my business again.

Clones died
Clones died . They were distressed when they arrived via USPS . Leaves were in a wilted droopy condition . No TLC brought em back . They are in my outdoor nursery now hoping for a miracle .

I am giving 3 stars for the overall because I have always enjoyed their products. I am here to warn everyone about using the ACH payment coming from their checking account. The delay has to be at least 5 days and Homegrown will not touch your order until that clears, no matter how many times you’ve done business with them. My problem really comes from how Homegrown handled that delay. The lady said it was going to be at least 5 days and clearly could not care less that I was really wanting the order and paid for expedited shipping. I cancelled the order and the kicker is that I waited 7-8 days after that to call them back to find out that they needed my bank account number to process the refund. They went silent on emails and were apparently never going to tell me they needed that to process the refund. It always feels personal when people truly don’t care so be careful dealing with them.

Weak clones beware!
I ordered 2 clones as a test. They arrived with very few roots coming out of the rockwool. They went downhill after removing from the packaging with one not making it the weekend and the other has done little but is not looking good. My filming of everything didn't work out to well and I only captured a small part. Totally my fault on the filming but the main thing is that the clones were still weak and there isn't anything that can be done. Definitely not faster than seeds when they there are issues. I suggest getting your clones elsewhere.

Website works like a charm
Website works like a charm. My lack of current experience germinating and sustaining growth at transplanting the sprouted seeds has not produced very many plants that look like they will survive to make many flower buds and may require early harvest. Right now, I get nearly 100% germination, but the transplanted success is quire limited. Maybe under 20%. I have a large organic garden and my success has become the talk of the neighborhood for many years.
I think I need a tutor, and I am (or was) a botanist.

Purchased clones
Purchased clones. Took 5 days to arrive. All were apparently over-stressed in transit due ro packaging failure to keep things in place. Customer service responded promptly, however, they insisted on waiting 5+ days for clones to recover. They did not. Sent replacements timely. This time only half were not viable. In order to not waste any more time I took the seed option instead of clones. These clones do not have the root structure pictured on their site.

Very unhappy with clones I was sent. They shriveled up two to three days after getting put into soil. Soil that is growing a local grow shop clone beautifully. I even offered to cover the shipping just in case but no they just don’t wanna make it right so here we are…… DO NOT ORDER

Clones arrived dead. What company sends live plants by usps (snail mail) and expects a happy customer? Plants were out of tomp. Leaves and stalk were like a wet noodle.

Probably my fault for not purchasing express shipping. Clones spent to much time in shipping 4 out of 6 clones were stressed. Lost a GG4 and the Bananaconda’s and the other GG4 were looking pretty sad but slowly pulling thru. Most expensive and most stressed clones I’ve ever purchased. Live and learn
