This was my first time ordering from Homegrown Cannabis Company. I was skeptical at first but the whole experience ended up being top notch. The site was easy to navigate and ordering was easy. From placing the order to delivering only took a week. That has been the best turn around for me, and I’ve ordered a bunch of seeds from many different places. I have not germinated my seeds yet. I will be placing another order in the near future.

my order took over 20 days to be…
my order took over 20 days to be delivered i got an order that i placed 10days after i made my first it beat it here 3 days before i got my first order pretty messed up dont know what went wrong should have ordered your clones it would have made up for lost time no but they probably would have died i called your number and the girl said they were to be delivered on thursday came saturday i got my second order on thursday but i used peroxide to germinate worked great bot had one come up upside down weird had to dig up very carefully and replant yesterday never had a seed come up upside dow n in 50 years of growing, good 38ths of an inch glad i caught it tap root sticking up out of the soil, the girl was nice just could not understand why it was so late.

Customer Service
At first I thought that it was going to be difficult to get anything done with the way that customer service was handled. Because you have to email and wait for an answer, but to my surprise, they are very prompt in getting back to you. Very pleased.

Great first experience and Price. I was nervous on this purchase, but it turned out absolutely perfect. Shipping was fast and discreet. If I had one suggestion for improvement would be to give a little more detail on the strains and maybe offer opportunities for people to leave hints or suggestions on each strain. Just a thought.

The clones arrived stressed and never…
The clones arrived stressed and never recovered. Apparently clones are way more finicky than growing from seeds. However, the support team was excellent in trying to help me revive them, unfortunately to no avail. I'm waiting for the replacements now. Hopefully they will do better than the first batch especially since I now have some idea about how vulnerable they are. Perhaps some warning about the challenges of working with clones would be helpful. Though probably not great for marketing, probably better than dead clones.

In general, the company is all right with their customer service took me two weeks to actually receive the clones that ordered packaging was all right after training planning slow revival real stretchy plants. How do you use grill dots and real growers recharge help jumpstart them back but the price should be lower.

I bought some clones from homegrown cannabis co
I bought some clones from homegrown cannabis co and the clones showed up nearly dead after 4 days in the mail. No where in any of the description of the clones does it tell the customer that when you receive the package you are required to video record the unwrapping of the product. When the package arrived, I was at work. My wife opened the package and sent me a picture of the clones. I contacted customer service and explained what shap they showed up in. And they said sorry, but no video means no replacement.
Update: I have already talked to customer service and if you had read the original post, you would have seen their response. You really need to put that "video requirements" up front and center. Not hidden away in a corner somewhere. Maybe you aren't really looking out for your customers. Anyway, I am never ordering from this crooked place again.

Clones arrived worse for wear
Clones arrived worse for wear. Bananalicious was completely wilted/ dead. GG4 was in a little better shape but not much. By day 2 Bananalicious was completely gone and GG4 wasn’t far behind. Both clones were dead within a day or two from receiving them.
