Bought a NordicTrack c7.5 cross trainer and was really happy with the delivery service. The box was massive and very heavy but they carried it through to my back room where I now have it set up. I wouldn’t have been able to move it on my own. Really great service.

Please avoid this company! The worse customer service I have ever received delivery booked on the day delivery was due it was then cancelled. After a week of chasing I was then able to re book a further delivery for it again to be cancelled on the day. 2 days booked off work for nothing their customer service is ridiculous just shove the blame to panther when if they was such a bad courier wouldn’t you change! Just avoid because you won’t receive your item. I ordered mine 4th Jan had my re delivery for today cancelled so nearly a month of messing about so now I have to wait for a refund before shipping about again! But I was told by “Daniel” the customer service advisor to “feel free to share my experience where I see fit” so the quote on the website which states excellent customer service is a load of Bull! Zero empathy just avoid and save your time

Ordered the myforce USA folding rack, I was a bit skeptical because myhomegymsupply didn't have many reviews online, however they were easy to deal with, delivered the rack on time and it is a quality piece of equipment. I contacted them via live chat before placing the order and they were helpful and answered all of my questions.

After having ordered an elliptical trainer from a different company and being disappointed I went elsewhere and ended up ordering a NordicTrack C5 from Home Gym Supply. I firstly enquired who their carrier was as I was not for going with the previous carrier. The chat facility was quick and i placed my order once I knew it was a different courier.
I had an engineer arranged for a specific date to assemble the cross trainer in the new year and needed the delivery to be here in time.
Considering it was the holiday period over Christmas Will kept me informed and ensured that the delivery was with me in time, which it was.
I thank Will for not only his perseverance but also his customer service skills in going above and beyond to get the cross trainer delivered in time.
If we need any gym equipment in the future we will definitely return to Home Gym Supply.

Ordered and paid for 6th Dec.
Email received on 12th Dec to say dispatched. Emailed received on 16th Dec to say order cancelled due to simple error.
No time to order replacement before Christmas. Very disappointing.
