Not happy with my purchase at all
Not happy with my purchase at all. I ordered a wood bowl that was delivered with a defect (broken) I returned the bowl of course, but did not want to risk receiving a new one when product was clearly not good quality. I have now received a bill of 11 chf for shipping costs.. what company charges shipping for a defect product that was returned to them? Better not to buy from them in the first place.
