James Henry Holmes is nothing but a racist grifter. A thug bully who has a long history of invading peoples’ places of work to hound them for speaking out against him - ironic since all he likes to bang on about is people “invading” the country.

He’s a false patriot, and the second biggest crook in Chesterfield, after the Spire.

Company and properties are mediocre at best, Holmes himself is a right arrogant person whom no one should have the displeasure to meet. I was recently also made aware he goes around South Yorkshire and other parts of England harassing queer friendly folks and others who disagree with his political opinions. The other day, he barged inti a church and harrassed a vicar too. Needs to get offline, go to a psychologist and focus on his renovations which are sub par at best.

Ran by a thug who bullies priests for sounding bells in a church, then screams at people for wearing rainbow lanyards.

Calls everyone he doesn’t like a liberal, despite us being left-wing (doesn’t understand the difference) and then blocks you on Facebook… real hard.

Definitely wouldn’t want him near my kids, horrible person.

After seeing on line clips of James threatening a vicar in a church, you'd be mad to use this company.

I’ve known James for a long time and always been impressed with his drive and willingness to get stuff done.
When he was looking for investors I knew it was 100% the right way to go, better returns on my hard earned money in sound property investment. James explained how the property investment worked so I understood how my Mooney way being used and time frames for its return plus interest.
Like any business, there was challenges, Covid bringing a massive inference, so there were the obvious delays and material shortages. To be honest I wasn’t worried, because I knew James would make everything come together, but I was informed of everything throughout the development process which was extremely professional and proved james had everything sorted and a plan in place.
The project was completed and I saw the fantastic finished project and felt proud to be part of that and loved that my money was working hard for me, out performing bank interest rates.
I’ll definitely be getting involved again.

A few years ago I needed to go into rented property as my own property flooded. HomesbyHolmes was the landlord of the property I rented. This was always intending to be short term let but lasted a little longer than expected but every time I need to extend my lease it was never a problem for the team. When it was time to return to my own property I thought my dealings with HomesbyHolmes (mainly James and the team )would come to an end but no. James occasionally emails or phones just to check how thing are and has been a hive of knowledge when I wanted to extend my property at the beginning of this year. HomesbyHolmes was there in my hour of need and have turned into a valued friendship. This may be a large multi million pound company but it still looks after the little people and that is something very rare it this day and age

My interactions with Homes by Holmes have been extremely productive and a pleasurable experience throughout my investing journey. The terms I was offered were very positive and timescales were as agreed at the outset. I wouldn’t have any hesitation in dealing with this company again in the future. Thank you.
