Products are Great.
Delivery is Very bad, takes over a week,
If delivery can be improved it will be great

I had a mixed experience with this security company. My initial contact was very positive—the representative was responsive and quickly scheduled an appointment. The installation team was efficient, and the work was completed promptly.

However, the sensors initially installed were not suitable for homes with small dogs. I appreciated that the company returned to replace the sensors with pet-friendly ones, and the exchange process was smooth. They were upfront that an exchange might not be possible, but in the end, they accommodated my request without issue.

The main challenge has been with billing. After agreeing that there might be a minimal charge for the sensor exchange, I have continued to receive invoices for the full amount for over a year. Despite multiple requests, I have not received an amended invoice reflecting the agreed-upon charge. This ongoing issue has been frustrating and remains unresolved at the time of writing.

I hope this review encourages the company to address outstanding billing matters, as I would be happy to update or remove my review once the issue is resolved.

Outstanding experience with this company from the very first contact. The booking process was seamless and professional, with clear communication about scheduling, pricing, and what to expect. On service day, we received advance notice of the technician's arrival time, which was greatly appreciated.
The technicians who arrived were absolute professionals - highly knowledgeable, skilled, and efficient in diagnosing and resolving our issues. Their expertise was evident throughout the service call, and they handled everything with confidence and care.

I had some trouble getting my current alarm installer to come out and fix our broken alarm, I Whatsapp'd Homesecurity1st and they came out the next day.
Nathan and Daniel were thorough and competant and spent time getting to know exactly what i wanted. They found some faults with the current installation (wrong channel for two new beams) and gave me some tips and knowledge about the system i did not know. Consequently we have a much better functioning system. And the bill was very reasonable.

My decision to go with Homesecurity1st was heavily influenced by the confidence I felt from the first meeting with Craig. He asked me what I wanted the system to do before suggesting what was needed.
The installation was completed quickly and the two guys that installed it were highly professional.

Excellent products at reasonable prices and the service is excellent.

The guys who do the installation are brilliant and they have always done a great job, but I've been following up constantly and waiting for almost 2 months for my zones to be updated on the program that they manage.

We had an old issue with our CCTV cameras and alarm sensors that needed attention. The two guys that worked on our job where great. Knowledgeable, hard-working and always respectful. I thought the labour cost was quite high but they did a proper job so can't complain. Not a fan of the companies automated admin.

This company done door tags for our office now we feel safe no one will just push the door and walk in. We are now working on safe place.

Product not delivered - no communication - no tracking number - no refund

First customer here, yet Craig went out of his way to help me. I needed a part, not only were they the cheapest, they also were the only ones that could provide stock, and even whilst they were closed (it was xmas) I was able to come pick it up quick. Fantastic!

Craig and his team got my system up and running in no time at all.
