Craig and team are get to have working in the house and he was super great with the stock provided. Craig was just very slow in responding to my needs and I had to chase him for help, even when I had made my needs clear.

Got the address wrong and went to my work site (despite clarifying it was my home address)
Arrived late, when the domestic had to leave (we mentioned about her leaving at 4.00 pm). Unsecure he whole week end....
On Monday arrived late, so it was postponed to next day, when eventually was fixed.
But Oh, no! next week Friday is again not working.
Called, but only one truck working, so no go Monday. Tuesday (today) lost in action.... nothing happened,
So... I am looking for another company that takes my needs more seriously.
